Umme Salma

Salma is a student research assistant at McGill University, currently pursuing a Master of Public Policy. With over six years in social development, she previously served as a program lead for one of India's largest non-profit organisations, the Naandi Foundation. Her expertise includes gender and social impact strategy, designing and implementing large-scale regenerative agriculture projects, and overseeing other social impact programs. She holds a MA in Gender Studies.
