Dr Tony Meacham is an Assistant Professor in Comparative Law at Coventry Law School, Coventry University.
Tony completed his undergraduate degree (LL.B) at Macquaries University, in Sydney Australia, his Masters degree (LL.M.) at the University of New England Armidale, NSW, and his Ph.D. the University of Southern Queensland, Toowoomba, Australia.
Tony Has previously taught at the Australian National University and University of Canberra in Australia, and at the University of Westminster in London, UK.
Tony's primary research interests are in comparative law emphasising Asia as well as the constitutional treatment of religion, and the legal history of Western secularism.
His most recent publication is '“Constitutional secularism: then, now and the future”, [2019) 23(2) Coventry Law Journal 12'.
