Tia Brullo

(she / her)

I am a human geographer with research interests in climate change adaptation, urban sustainability and development. I have an undergraduate Bachelor of Science Advanced (Global Challenges) Honours Degree and a Master of International Development Practice.

My research looks to understand examples of adaptation planning and practice undertaken in Australia and what enables ‘best practice’ adaptation. I have also conducted research analysing the distribution of urban greening against key socio-economic factors, to better understand inequalities in urban development. My professional work has focused on disaster response, humanitarian work and monitoring and evaluation.
