Thuy Tran is a PhD Researcher at the School of Culture and Communication, Faculty of Arts, University of Melbourne, and the School of Arts, Languages, and Cultures, Faculty of Humanities, University of Manchester. Her PhD studies the translation of internationalized cultural policy concepts, narratives, and knowledge in Vietnam through UNESCO designations and projects. Thuy is interested in researching arts/media/cultural policy, policy translation, urban cultural governance, and creative work.
