Thomas holds a PhD in Anthropology. He conducted 14 months of ethnographic fieldwork in North Kuta, Bali, Indonesia and two months in Surabaya, Java and is interested in plastics and environment. He also consults on design research with a particular focus on plastics and litter preventions.
