Following the attainment of a B.A. in Sport, Exercise and Physical Activity from Durham University, UK, I continued my development by completing a dual master's degree in Sport & Exercise Psychology (M.S.) and Clinical Mental Health Counseling (M.A.) at Ball State University, Indiana. I am currently completing my Ph.D. in Sport Psychology at Florida State University and my research interests include performer preparation, emotionally demanding research, psychological rest, and qualitative methodology. My current applied consultation work ranges across a variety of sports and levels, including recreational and professional, elite performers.
