Thaddeus Metz is Professor of Philosophy at the University of Pretoria (as of Sept 2020). He writes on a variety of topics in value theory, ethics, and political/legal philosophy. Amongst his more than 350 scholarly publications are these sole-authored monographs: Meaning in Life: An Analytic Study (Oxford University Press 2013); God, Soul and the Meaning of Life (Cambridge University Press 2019); and A Relational Moral Theory (Oxford University Press 2022). Metz was once designated one of 'The World's Top 50 Thinkers' (Prospect Magazine 2020).
