Teresa Fletcher is a Professor and Program Director of the Sport & Human Performance program at Adler University in Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Fletcher obtained her Bachelor’s degree at Loyola University while playing Division I volleyball. She obtained her masters degree in Community Counseling at Northeastern Illinois University and her doctorate in Counseling and Counselor Education with a sport psychology specialization from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2000. She has over 30 years of experience working with both clinical clients as well as athletes, teams and sport organizations primarily at the youth and collegiate level. She is a USA Hockey Certified Level 4 Coach and currently competes in running events and triathlons. She has been married to her partner, Mike for over 28 years and has two adult children, Noah and Isaac.
