Tegan Evans is a Research Fellow with the Revolution Plastic Institute.
Her research focuses on plastics policy, governance, and transformation.
She completed a PhD at the University of Portsmouth in 2023 exploring the role of transformation in ocean governance.
Before joining the University of Portsmouth in 2020, she completed a Master's in Marine Geography at Cardiff University researching the governance of offshore wind power in the Celtic Sea.
