Tara East

Tara East is a lecturer in creative writing and editing and publishing at the University of Southern Queensland. Her research focuses on creative practice, trickster figures, climate change fiction, and creative research methodologies. Her research has appeared in The Journal of Writing in Creative Practice, TEXT journal, and Writing from Below. Her non-fiction work has appeared in Time Higher Education, The Huffington Post, Queensland Writers Centre, The Creative Penn, and The Artifice, among others. Her fiction has been published in Andromeda Spaceways Magazine, October Hill Magazine and TEXT journal. She is the author of the mystery novel, EveryTime He Dies.
