- PhD Candidate, Communication and Culture, York University, Canada
I am a PhD Candidate, studying communication and culture at York University where I focus on Youth and Hip Hop Culture. I am interested in the ways Hip Hop is taken up by institutions and industries as a way to connect with young people all over the world.
I hope to continue to find ways to combine my love for Hip Hop music and cultural theory both through research and publishing!
