Associate Professor Tam Ha is a cancer epidemiologist and public health educator. She teaches epidemiology to bachelor and masters students in Australia and internationally. Her research area aims to improve cancer outcomes in the wider population and vulnerable populations. She is also known for her innovative teaching strategies in public health education, winning 6 teaching awards including national and international awards eg AAUT (Australia Awards for University Teaching).
