Completed a Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration with a specialization in Healthcare Leadership. Research and writing focus on digital health, telehealth, pharmacy efficiency, patient privacy and confidentiality, and health systems governance. Academic and applied work include analysis of stakeholder decision-making across hospital and organizational settings, as well as evaluation of operational efficiency within healthcare environments. This work examines how health technologies and system-level decisions are developed, implemented, and assessed in practice, and how design and policy choices shape user understanding and health decision-making.
