Sze-Fung Lee is an independent analyst specializing in Chinese hybrid warfare as an integrated, cross-domain system. Lee’s work focuses on Foreign Information Manipulation and Interference (FIMI), gray-zone operations, and cognitive warfare – translating research findings into actionable policy insights and operational frameworks, playbooks, and stratcom products to counter hybrid threats and strengthen democratic resilience in the Indo-Pacific, with a particular focus on Taiwan and Hong Kong.
