My studies have charted the course of digital transformation, examined global labour market trends, and analysed the profound impact of rapid digitalisation on both organisational models and individual strategies. Now, as an Honoured Visiting Research Fellow at the University of Leicester, I'm immersed in understanding the enduring legacy of the COVID-19 pandemic on the UK labour market, striving to contribute insights into building a more adaptive and resilient future of work.
