The goal of this research group is to understand fundamental materials processes and to develop new ones.
With focus on polymers, biopolymers, living tissues, and hybrid combinations of them (but we also work on other problems when opportunities arise), we combine expertise from multiple traditional fields. Our interdisciplinary research aims to be useful, fundamental, and fun.
