Sterling B. Tebbett

My PhD thesis focused on the ecosystem functioning of tropical coral reefs, especially following degradation. This research ranged from local scale manipulative experiments through to global scale macroecology. Since my PhD, my research has expanded to encompass temperate reefs. My current research focuses on comparing the functioning of tropical and temperate reefs as well as the collapse and recovery of these ecosystems under escalating disturbance.
