Dr Stephen Labson has over 25 years of international consulting experience in financial economics and regulation. With a focus on energy, utilities and infrastructure, Dr Labson has an extensive track record in advising governments on major industry reform initiatives, corporate clients on commercial and strategic issues, and regulators in design of pricing frameworks. Most recently Dr Labson acted as Special Advisor to the Chief Restructuring Officer (Eskom)
