Stephanie Schrage

Stephanie Schrage has held the Chair of International Management / International Business with a focus on China at Kiel University since April 2023.

She studied Media Management and International Business and Sustainability at the Hamburg School of Business Administration, the University of Hamburg and the IAE Aix-en-Provence. From 2016 to 2020, she worked as a research assistant at the Chair of Business Administration, in particular Business Ethics at the University of Hamburg. She completed her PhD in October 2020 and worked as a PostDoc at the Institute for International and Strategic Management at the Hamburg University of Technology from 2020 to 2022. She was a visiting scholar at Copenhagen Business School and as part of her field research for research stays in China and Vietnam.

Her research interests include: Sustainability and digitalisation in global supply chains, organisational paradoxes, business ethics and the Chinese business context.
