Before I turned to philosophy of science I studied biochemistry (PhD, 2006, ETH Zurich, Switzerland) and worked for three years as a post-doc. My expertise is in philosophy of science with a special focus on the biological and biomedical sciences. I am currently a research associate at the Centre for Philosophy of the Natural and Social Sciences (CPNSS) at the London School of Economics.
