I am a physical oceanographer specialising in ocean modelling, with over a decade of experience applying advanced numerical modelling tools to understand and predict ocean dynamics across a wide range of interdisciplinary research challenges. My research spans climate science, coastal and marine ecosystems, and sustainable ocean use. I have contributed to projects investigating Blue Carbon, past and future climate scenarios, sea-level change, marine renewable energy, marine biosecurity, biodiversity conservation, and the aquaculture sector.

At the core of my work is using ocean models to tackle real-world challenges—working with industry, supporting marine conservation, and informing policy by better understanding oceanographic processes.
