Sophie Strachan

Sophie Strachan is the CEO of the Sophia Forum and has been an advocate for women, gender equity and HIV for over 20 years, providing policy advice to organisations including UKHSA, NHS England UNAIDS and WHO. Her work has included expanding PrEP access for minoritised communities. Sophie is Vice Chair of BHIVA special interest group for women and HIV. Sophie continues to advocate on the international and European scenes for minoritised groups and women in all their diversities to be represented in research, policy, service design and delivery.
