- PhD Candidate in Politics and Environment, University of York
I am currently a PhD at the University of York, researching the ethical dimensions of fusion energy. My thesis focuses particularly on technological design and how values are integrated in design, however, I am exploring a range of socioethical issues around the development and deployment processes of fusion energy. This work engages with themes of climate change, energy transition and energy justice.
My background is in Politics and Philosophy, studying for my BSc at the London School of Economics before undertaking an MSc in Global Health at King's College London. My work has covered a range of topics, though often are underpinned by interest in global justice and applied ethics.
