Dr Sobhi Berjawi is a Researcher in Data Analysis at Loughborough University, currently working on an ESRC-funded project that investigates temporal and spatial variation of education for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in England. His research involves combining large-scale dataset analyses with spatial and multilevel econometric modelling to understand patterns of educational inequality.

He previously worked as a Research Associate at Loughborough University on a data-driven collaboration with Caterpillar UK and US. His academic background is in mathematics.

Dr Sobhi’s interdisciplinary expertise spans mathematics, data science, and education research, with a focus on using statistical and computational approaches to inform evidence-based policy.
