Sione Tekiteki is a lawyer and Pacific issues specialist with over 20 years’ work experience in the Pacific. He started his professional career in Tonga, where he served as the parliamentary counsel before being appointed the Clerk of the House. Mr Tekiteki has over 10 years working at the regional and multilateral level – serving in various advisory and management capacities for the Pacific Islands Forum Secretariat based in Fiji, including in the fields of good governance, security, strategic and multilateral engagement and partnerships, international law and SDGs related work.

Mr Tekiteki is currently a Senior Lecturer, Law School, Auckland University of Technology.
