Simon Williams

Dr Simon Williams is Managing Director and Founder of independent research agency Service Insights Ltd, and an Associate Faculty staff member at Leeds University Business School, University of Leeds. His research interests primarily focus upon service performance improvement, in particular, customer satisfaction feedback, service quality, and improving service experience. He also has a wider interest in how this can be supported through technology and innovation.
