Sihem BenMahmoud-Jouini

Sihem BenMahmoud-Jouini is an Associate Professor at HEC Paris where she teaches innovation management and new product development.
She is director of the master "Project, Innovation & Conception" and the master of Entrepreneurship both in partnership with Ecole Polytechnique. She is the director of the Innovation & Entrepreneurship major in HEC Executive MBA.
She is interested in how established organizations renew and transform their innovation capacities through specific organizational design (open innovation, intrapreneurship, etc..). She focuses on the management of the exploration projects and the role of design for innovation.
She has published in Creativity Innovation Management, International Journal of Project management, Journal of Product Innovation Management, Management International, Research Policy and Project Management Journal.... Her latest book is "Transform With Design" (with J. Shweitzer & S. Fixson), University Toronto Press.
She has held the Orange-HEC chair on Innovation Management & Globalisation and the Safran-HEC chair on Innovation & Entrepreneurship.
