Dr Shireen Morris is an Associate Professor at Macquarie University Law School. She researches constitutional law, free speech, and the intersection between public law and economic policy. Books include Broken Heart: a true history of the Voice referendum (La Trobe University Press, 2024), Radical Heart: Three Stories Make Us One (MUP, 2018), A First Nations Voice in the Australian Constitution (Hart Publishing, 2020), The Forgotten People (MUP, 2016), A Rightful Place: A Roadmap to Recognition (Black Inc, 2017).
