Shikha is a mental health occupational therapist, psychotherapist, and researcher. She holds a PhD, a Master of Mental Health Occupational Therapy, and a Master of Science (Psychotherapy and Counselling). She is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (FHEA). Shikha's research focuses on mental health, spirituality, domestic and family violence, migrant and refugee health, and health equity.
