Shanine Ryan

Shanine Ryan is a Ngarluma Traditional Owner with more than 30 years’ experience spanning community engagement, social impact, corporate leadership, travel, and the resources sector. Throughout her career, she has worked across diverse industries and settings, bringing a strong understanding of place, culture, and community priorities to projects that seek to create meaningful and lasting outcomes.

Her work is grounded in a commitment to strengthening relationships between industry, government, and Aboriginal communities, with a focus on practical collaboration, cultural integrity, and positive social impact. Shanine’s breadth of experience enables her to contribute valuable insight to co-designed initiatives, particularly those that recognise Traditional Owner knowledge, support community aspirations, and build pathways for inclusive participation.
