I am a psychology academic at Edith Cowan University whose research focuses on improving how we identify and respond to mental health needs, particularly in school settings. My work examines the limitations of single-time-point screening and explores the value of brief, repeated monitoring approaches to better capture changes in wellbeing over time.

I also have an interest in the use of virtual reality to study and influence psychological experiences, including how environments shape emotional responses and behaviour.

I completed my undergraduate and postgraduate training in psychology at The University of Western Australia and joined Edith Cowan University in 2014.
