A/Prof. Shalini Arunogiri is a clinical addiction psychiatrist. She is Clinical Director or Statewide Services at Turning Point, a national addiction treatment and research centre. She is an Associate Professor and NHMRC Emerging Leader Research Fellow at Monash University.
Shalini has served as Chair of the Faculty of Addiction Psychiatry committee at the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) for the six years. She is also a board member for FARE (Foundation for Alcohol Research and Educstion).
Her research interests focus on women and addiction, and methamphetamine use and related mental health co-morbidity.
