- Lecturer in the Department of Economics and Quantitative Methods, University of Westminster
I am a lecturer at the University of Westminster's Department of Economics and Quantitative Methods. Before this, I held a post-doctoral position at the University of Oxford's Department for International Development, where I was involved in a EU FP7-funded project seeking to investigate the impact of Foreign Direct Investment on local development in Ghana. I also worked as a research consultant for a number of United Nations' organisations, including UNU-WIDER and the World Food Programme.
I am currently conducting work on the impact of FDI on knowledge trasnfer and working conditions in Ghana. Apart from this, my recent research is broadly concerned with social policy in low-income countries; with a focus on health policy and health systems reform in Sub-Saharan Africa, as well as education and financial access for the poor.
