Sean Figgins

I completed my PhD and worked at the University of Chichester (Lecturer and Programme Leader in Sport and Exercise Psychology) before joining the School of Psychology as a Lecturer in 2022,

I research and teach on the social psychology of groups and leadership in a variety of contexts (e.g., sport and exercise) and qualitative methods. My research interests include leadership, social identity and group dynamics in a range of settings.
