Dr Sascha Nanlohy was awarded a PhD by the University of Sydney for his research in Department of Government and International Relations researching external influence on genocide. He is a Research Consultant for the US Holocaust Memorial Museum's Center for the Prevention of Genocide and a Research Associate with the Atrocity Forecasting Project at the Australian National University. He is also a sessional academic at the University of Sydney in the Department of Government and International Relations. He has published in the Journal of Conflict Resolution and the RUSI Journal. A graduate of the University of Sydney where he was awarded a Masters in Peace and Conflict Studies and a Bachelor of Arts. He has worked for a number of non-government organisations in the peace and international security field in both Australia and the United Kingdom.
