Sarah Tossens is a field ecologist with a keen interest in wildlife conservation and management, focusing on the ecological roles of carnivores within ecosystems. She is currently a PhD candidate at the Tropical Forestry Laboratory of Gembloux Agro-Bio Tech, University of Liège (Belgium). Her research explores the distribution, diets, and interspecific interactions of leopards and African golden cats in the semi-deciduous forests of Central Africa.
