Sarah Kate Hattam

Sarah Hattam is the Director of the Adelaide University Pathways College. She has worked in higher education for twenty-one years, with fifteen years committed to Enabling education as Lecturer and Program Director at the University of South Australia, and now leading the recently amalgamated Adelaide University Pathways College. She has published research on widening participation initiatives in Higher Education in Q1 journals and has extensive experience in policy analysis. She has expertise in the areas enabling curriculum, retention and engagement strategies, alternative education pathways and secondary school retention. She is nationally recognised for the development of a Critical Enabling Pedagogical framework and leadership in professional development of enabling and inclusive pedagogies.
