Sarah is a Doctor of Creative Writing, writing tutor and novelist. Her debut novel, 'Sing Fox to Me' was released in early 2016 and the writing of her second novel is currently funded by. creative Australia grant. Sarah is a winner of a Queensland Literary Awards Fellowship (2024), an Eleanor Dark Flagship Fellowship (2024) and a Griffith Review Emerging Voices award (2024). She was longlisted for the Vogel Award (2013), won the QUT Postgraduate Writer's Prize (2013), and was shortlisted for Overland Short Story Prize (2013). She has been published in ‘The Griffith Review’, 'The Lifted Brow', 'The Southerly', 'The Review of Australian Fiction', 'Kill Your Darlings' and 'Award Winning Australian Writing'.
