Sarah Bakker is a Scientist in the Health Security Group at the New Zealand Institute for Public Health and Forensic Science (PHF Science, formally ESR) in Porirua, New Zealand.
Sarah has over 25 years’ experience working in molecular microbiology laboratories in New Zealand, London and Melbourne. She works in the Antimicrobial Resistance Laboratory which undertakes national surveillance of antimicrobial resistance among human pathogens and typing of hospital-acquired pathogens.
