Dr Sameera Mahomedy is a researcher in health law and policy at PRICELESS-SA. She holds an LLB, an LLM (cum laude) and an LLD from the University of Stellenbosch. Her areas of interest include health promotion and constitutional law. She has lectured advanced Constitutional Law, Legal Philosophy and advanced Legal Philosophy at Stellenbosch University. She is also a Fellow of the Ubuntu Dialogues, which is hosted by Stellenbosch University and Michigan University.
