Sam Baron is professor of philosophy at the University of Melbourne. He works primarily on explanation in philosophy and science, as well as on notions of space and time in philosophy and physics. He is currently undertaking research on explainability in artificial intelligence through a project with the Australian Research Council. He is working on another project on space and time for the ARC as well.
