Salote Tagivakatini

Salote is a lawyer and former diplomat with over 15 years of experience with governments and intergovernmental organisations. She has worked in international development, prosecution, security and law enforcement, foreign affairs and international relations, governance, and compliance.

Salote holds qualifications in Law, Sociology, Criminal Justice and Defence and Security from the University of the South Pacific, Kent University in the United Kingdom, Deakin University in Australia, and the Australian War College. She is also a Fellow of the Australian War College and was the first Pacific civilian to attend the prestigious Australian War College, where she received the 2022 Geddes Gavel Award.
