Ruffin Relja

I am a Senior Lecturer in Marketing at the University of Gloucestershire. My current research focuses on financial decision-making and consumer vulnerabilities in the context of buy-now-pay-later (BNPL) services. I have published in journals such as the Journal of Business Research, the International Journal of Market Research, and the International Journal of Bank Marketing. I am a Chartered Marketer and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM). Before entering academia, I spent nearly 20 years working in professional marketing, predominantly in the luxury sector.
