I am currently a Level B Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the School of Health at the University of the Sunshine Coast, where my research focuses on the genetics of Varroa destructor mites. This work aims to support the development of targeted, sustainable control strategies to protect honey bee populations and the essential pollination services they provide.
