I'm Rosie, a Research Associate in the Psychology department at the University of Bath. My PhD and first post-doc focused on the trauma-related mental health of care-experienced young people and their access to evidence-based mental health support. I am now working at the NIHR-funded Mental Health Research Group at the University of Bath, which aims to highlight the mental health needs of young people in the local area and the support available to them. We are currently running a longitudinal study to explore support access for young people experiencing behavioural/attentional difficulties.

As well as this role, I currently hold an NIHR Development and Skills Enhancement Award, which I am working on part-time. Through this award, I have been working with Foundations, the What Works Centre for Children and Families, to develop my knowledge and skills around implementation science and influencing policy. I will soon be starting a new placement with the Centre for Research in Public Health and Community Care at the University of Hertfordshire, where I plan to develop my skills in co-production with young people.
