I am a political scientist working on autocracy and democracy, and far right extremism since 20 years. While my focus was more on autocracy first, I now do much research in political culture, understandings of democracy, and far right movements in Germany. I am interested in the everyday life rootedness of far right ideologies and the way how these are normalized.
