Roberto Rey Agudo

I am the Language Program Director in the Department of Spanish and Portuguese, where I have an appointment as Research Assistant Professor. I have been teaching Spanish in the United States for over 20 years. My public research centers on language education, the status of Spanish in the United States, language ideologies, languages and technology, and the civic value of multilingualism. My work has appeared in The New York Times, Washington Post, LA Times, or Inside Higher Ed.
