- Senior Teaching Fellow in Strength and Conditioning, University of Portsmouth
I am a Senior Teaching Fellow in Strength and Conditioning within the School of Sport, Health and Exercise Science at the University of Portsmouth, where I have worked since October 2018. Prior to my academic role, I worked as a practitioner in the discipline of applied of sports science and strength and conditioning. These roles have included leading an academy sports science programme at a Premier League football club, as well as various strength and conditioning positions across professional football. Previous to my roles in football, I worked within tennis at a LTA International High Performance Centre in Hertfordshire.
Alongside my academic role, I am an active practitioner, most recently leading the University of Portsmouth scholar strength and conditioning programme, working with a variety of national and international level athletes.
