Following working as a secondary French and Welsh teacher, translator and children's book editor, I am now a lecturer in Childhood and Youth Studies at Bangor University. My main research interest is how to develop the employability, professional identity and self-efficacy of students as they start and develop careers within the children's and young people's workforce in Wales.
