Réka Tölg is a consumption researcher with a background in marketing and business administration. She currently works as a postdoctoral researcher at Lund University in a Horizon-funded project focused on reducing household food waste and extending the lifetime of clothing. Her research examines sustainability, ethics, and care within the broader context of the circular transition. She explores consumption in domestic and retail settings and investigates how everyday consumption practices are shaped by markets and public infrastructure.

Réka also has extensive teaching experience in marketing, retail, and consumption studies at both bachelor and master's levels, in Swedish and English. She has served as a course coordinator, lecturer, seminar and workshop leader, and has contributed to course design and development, supervision, assessment, and examination.
